Making an order is really very simple.

WHERE DO I FIND THE PRODUCTS TO PURCHASE?

Search for the products you want within the different categories (Visionaire, Immaculate, Essential) in the top menu of the website. .

HOW CAN I ADD CART PRODUCTS?

Once you find the product you want, select the color or the preferred variant if available, and click on the "ADD TO CART / BUY" button.

If the product is temporarily unavailable, you will find the indication "Not available".

If you want more pieces of the same product,

  • select the quantity with the "+" or "-" buttons until the desired quantity is reached
  • click on "Add to Cart"

IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?

The order was delivered to the courier and left for shipping. From this moment you will receive an e-mail containing the link to follow the delivery of your package. WHAT DOES "ORDER DELIVERED" MEAN?

CAN YOU DELIVER THE FREE SAMPLES?

Unfortunately, we do not have samples available for general distribution.

THE CODE THAT I HAVE INSERTED IS NOT RECOGNIZED. WHY?

Each promotional code is associated with precise settings that regulate it: - the period of validity

- the minimum order amount
- the type of product to which it can be applied

IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD SAFE?

Payments by Credit Card are completely safe and risk free. All data are transferred in encrypted form using SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer) and can not therefore be intercepted by external parties.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

When you place an order on the K&H Morgan Website, you will only be asked to authorize the payment for the amount indicated. The authorization does not imply the charge of the money, but simply a reservation of the relative amount. When the order is sent to the courier, the correct amount will be charged to the credit card. This guarantees that the card will be debited only at the time of material and certain shipment of the products and, in case of partial fulfillment of the order, only for the amount related to the products actually shipped.

IS PAYPAL PAYMENT SAFE?

PayPal, an eBay company, is a fast and secure payment system. Once the payment is completed with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you can access your account by entering your personal e-mail address and password. After registration you can proceed to payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal the amount is debited directly on the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express) or prepaid card (PostePay) assigned. PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed. Every transaction carried out with this method will send you a confirmation e-mail from PayPal. The refunds are issued starting from the next working day from the date of the cancellation request, or from the date scheduled for collection, and within a maximum of 15 working days. The times of re-credit generally vary from 3 to 7 working days from the date of issue of the reimbursement, whose timing depends on the entity (Visa Online, Mastercard Online, etc.) of your credit card. HOW CAN I REQUEST THE INVOICE?

The total delivery times are calculated by adding up the preparation time of the order to shipping.

HOW DOES THE SHIPMENT COME?

The ordered products are delivered to the postal address you specify when completing the order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

K&H Morgan carries out shipments throughout the European Union. K&H Morgan commits itself, in collaboration with the main national and international express couriers, to guarantee a punctual service in terms of time, guarantee of delivery and service to the Customer.

HOW CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped we generate a tracking code. Log in to your account, go to 'orders' and you can trace your packagee.

DELIVERY METHODS Products are sent in closed boxes or envelopes according to the quantity ordered. When the order is delivered to the courier, an e-mail will be sent containing a link to check the path of your package from the delivery of the courier until the actual delivery. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. Signing the note to the courier confirms that the package delivered is intact. If you are not sure of the completeness or regularity of the SIGNATURE WITH RESERVE package, this protects you for a possible future dispute. Any damage to the anti-burglary label, the packaging and the Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces / packages or indications must be immediately challenged by the Customer, who may contact K & H Morgan Srl through the Customer Service specifying the order for the which such misunderstandings have occurred.

DELIVERY FAILURE

In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an email to the Customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. The customer can indicate a date and if the driver will have to pass in the morning or afternoon. In case of impossibility to execute the delivery even on the day agreed for absence of the recipient, the Customer Service will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that the Customer Service does not succeed in contacting the Customer for the following [Number] working days or in case of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Products object of the order will be returned to K & H Morgan Srl.

In case of non-delivery due to absence or other reason the courier will try another delivery at different times: it is important to enter the telephone number when registering so as not to preclude the possibility of being contacted for delivery by the Courier. If after three attempts the parcel is not delivered, it is stored and you will receive notification. The Products covered by the order will be returned to K & H Morgan Srl.

After 30 days from the date on which the Products covered by the order have been sent back to K & H Morgan Srl due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. K & H Morgan Srl will reimburse the sum paid by the Customer net of the cost of returning the Products and the cost of custody of the same at the branch of the courier appointed for delivery. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated via e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. If, before the thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, K & H Morgan Srl will proceed to the new delivery upon charge, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning the Products to K & H Morgan Srl and the custody fees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

K&H Morgan is constantly committed to offering safe and qualitatively perfect products. However, it may happen that some products present small imperfections. If a product purchased on our website does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of delivery * and you will be reimbursed for the total amount.

If you receive damaged products, contact Customer Service immediately at the following customerservice@khmorgan.com. We will contact you to arrange the return method and any refund.

Only products purchased on the www.khmorgan.com website can be returned.

* (When you purchase products or services by mail, telephone, fax or on the Internet from a merchant located in the EU, you are entitled to return unwanted products within 14 days of delivery).

K&H Morgan guarantees the highest levels of quality, safety and effectiveness for every single product and for all the ingredients used. This is why all K&H Morgan products are developed in compliance with EEC and FDA regulations.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS CONTAIN HEAVY METALS?

K&H Morgan products comply with all the requirements of the European cosmetic legislation and, in compliance with EU Regulation n.1223 / 2009, do not contain heavy metals.

Heavy metals are not allowed in any cosmetic product. Furthermore, their presence is only found with specific analytical techniques, validated methods and adequate laboratory equipment.

K&H Morgan products are tested, effective and safe.

ARE K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS SAFE FOR WOMEN IN PREGNANCY AND POST PREGNANCY?

I SUFFER FROM CUTANEOUS ALLERGIES. CAN I USE K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS WITH TRANQUILITY?

Allergy is an inappropriate and harmful response to the body's defense mechanisms against otherwise harmless substances for non-allergic subjects. The entire range of our products are hypoallergenic, or formulated to minimize the risk of skin allergies

If you have previously observed sensitization reactions following the use of cosmetic products you can perform a test. Apply a quantity of product the size of a coin inside the forearm and ideally spend an entire day. If the area appears red or presents any type of reaction, the product probably contains an unacceptable raw material. In the absence of any reaction you can, however, use the product with confidence.

In case of adverse reactions, we kindly ask you to send us a report via an email. We will collect your report to improve our products.

The ingredients list (INCI) is found on the box of each product sold on this website.

I SAW THE LIST INGREDIENTS OF A PRODUCT, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE; HOW CAN I DO?

To resolve any doubts or queries regarding the ingredients used, you can consult the Cosing website http://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/cosing. Cosing is the official database of the European Commission, where all the ingredients allowed for cosmetic use are listed in the EU Regulation no. 1223/2009

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS CONTAIN NICKEL?

Nickel is not used as a component in the production of cosmetics as it is prohibited by the European Community: it is not included in the list of ingredients of any of our products. Although our list of ingredients are complete, and obviously according to law, it is impossible to check that originally the raw materials used do not contain very small traces - in the order of parts per million - of some substances not listed, including Nickel itself. Neither K&H Morgan nor the other cosmetic companies are able to give the certainty of the absolute absence of this metal.

K&H MORGAN products do not contain parabens.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS CONTAIN PERFUME?

Some K&H MORGAN products contain fragrances, formulated to reduce the risk of allergies.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS ARE NATURAL?

The term "natural product" has no legislative value and is used to indicate a series of products distributed through specific channels (eg herbal medicine) with a strong "botanical" connotation and a focus on the plant origin of the active ingredients.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS ARE CRUELTY FREE?

All K&H MORGAN products are cruelty free and not tested on animals.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS ARE VEGANS?

K&H MORGAN is a Cruelty Free company and our products are not tested on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct animal tests on our behalf. While most products are free of animal by-products, K&H MORGAN is not considered a vegan line: a handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax.

K&H MORGAN PRODUCTS HAVE AN EXPIRATION?

The European Community Directives state that if the stability of a cosmetic product exceeds 30 months, it is not mandatory to apply an expiration date.

It is instead necessary to indicate the PAO (Period After Opening), or the duration - expressed in months - of the product starting from the opening of the pack.

K&H Morgan products should be stored in a non-humid environment with a temperature between 5 and 30 degrees. This indication is present on all our products, as required by law.
